DeVine Wine & Beer, a wine- and beer-focused concept, is preparing to open in Redwood City at 2627 Broadway Street.

The new concept will take over the former home of The BottleShop, which closed earlier this year, according to a recent liquor license application. Owner Ingrid Campos received the keys to the space at the beginning of October 2025 and tells What Now San Francisco that she hopes to open the brick-and-mortar location by November 20, 2025. Guests can expect a curated selection of wines, craft beers, and food pairings designed to highlight the flavors of both.

Campos, who is the sole owner of DeVine Wine & Beer, says the former BottleShop location provided “a turnkey situation that fed my dream locally.” Her vision, she explains, was to open a wine and beer bar offering “unique and varied food platings” that showcase her passion for pairing good food with high-quality drinks.

DeVine Wine & Beer grew out of Campos’ enthusiasm for bringing people together over great food and drink. “Like the moment of the divine spark between God and Adam, immortalized in Michelangelo’s fresco in the Sistine Chapel, DeVine Wine & Beer was a spark of inspiration and a love for good wine, good beer, and good, wholesome food,” she says. Drawing on both her European and Hispanic heritage, Campos envisions the space as “an extension of my home where you can enjoy good drink, good food, and good company.”

The 1,100-square-foot space will offer both takeout and in-person experiences in a welcoming, approachable setting. Campos plans to spotlight local wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains, featuring producers such as Thomas Fogarty, Portola Vineyards, Neely, Woodside Vineyards, Silver Mountain Vineyards, David Bruce, Aptos Vineyard, Lago Lomita, Mindego, Mount Eden, Pelican Ranch, and Rosscienda, alongside boutique and international selections. Craft beer lovers can look forward to offerings from breweries like Alpha Acid, Fieldwork, Dust Bowl, Ghostwood, and Devil’s Canyon.

Campos also brings a strong sense of community and food expertise to her new venture. A UC Master Food Preserver and “epicurious foodie,” she plans to offer classes on food preservation as part of her commitment to local engagement. “Community will play an important part in DeVine Wine & Beer,” she adds. Campos is currently a member of the Woodside Arts & Culture Committee, a past Chairwoman of the Los Altos Hills Parks & Rec Committee, and a former 4-H Parent Leader. She also plans to become involved with the Redwood City Rotary Club.

A UCLA graduate and specialist in Business Administration, Campos has deep ties to the Bay Area community. She previously ran for a Palo Alto school board seat in 2022, advocating for parental rights, academic excellence, and family values.

With its focus on quality, local sourcing, and community connection, DeVine Wine & Beer aims to become a neighborhood gathering place where guests can discover new wines, enjoy thoughtful food pairings, and celebrate the region’s rich wine and beer heritage.
