Redlands-based burger joint Eureka! is bringing its burgers and beer (and those fried mac and cheese balls) to Santa Clara.
The full-service restaurant and bar, whose original location opened in 2009 under the name Eureka Burger in Redlands, now has over twenty locations, most of which are in California.
The newest Eureka! location opens on July 12th at 2762 Augustine Drive, in the Santa Clara Square Marketplace anchored by Whole Foods.
So if you’re heading out for some of that 365 Organic almond butter or riced cauliflower, and find yourself in the organics aisle with a hankering for truffle cheese fries and a cowboy burger (hey, it happens), Eureka! will soon have you covered.
