According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, craft brewpub chain Fieldwork Brewing is gearing up to open a location in Walnut Creek.
Coming to 1 China Basin Park — an address positioned next to a “waterfront park with stadium views and a small baseball diamond is a popular picnic spot,” per its Google Maps profile — the eatery will land near establishments such as Arsicault Bakery, ATWater Tavern, and Spark Social.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s CEO, Barry Braden, to inquire about the company’s plans for the upcoming spot; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Fieldwork Brewing, the business offers a brief introduction on its website: “Founded in 2014, Fieldwork Brewing Company is a craft brewery headquartered in Berkeley, CA, with a focus on exceptional, honest beer making… Guests can expect an ever-changing tap list of fresh releases to enjoy by sampler flight or by the glass.
