Graze Craze is gearing up to bring its signature grazing boards and boxes to East Bay locals. Led by local owner Michele Sears Rose, the popular charcuterie concept will open this week in Pleasant Hill. The shop will begin offering its signature charcuterie boards and boxes to Pleasant Hill customers starting August 7, 2025.

Pleasant Hill Welcomes New Charcuterie Shop

Graze Craze will soon open its doors at 1200 Contra Costa Blvd, Suite A, Concord, CA 94520. The newest Pleasant Hill outlet will be headed by Michele Sears Rose, a Contra Costa County resident.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place on August 7, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. East Bay residents can receive gourmet charcuterie samples, raffles, giveaways, and exclusive day-of specials. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the new space and meet the shop’s trained charcuterie experts, known as ‘Grazologists.’

The growing franchise is known for crafting visually striking and well-balanced charcuterie boards made with high-quality ingredients. The Pleasant Hill location will offer both dine-in and catering services for a variety of occasions. Fresh fruits, nuts, crisp vegetables, sweets, jams, and house-made dips will be some highlights.

Menu and Timings

The menu at Graze Craze mixes different food styles to fulfill varied palates and dietary preferences, such as

  • Sweet and Grazey – It includes dessert options, including baked goods and chocolates, paired with sweet dips.
  • The Gone Grazey – It features cured meats, crackers, premium cheeses, nuts, fresh produce, and more.
  • The Brunch Board – It involves a gourmet brunch with creative additions to the morning menu, including breakfast meats, eggs, fresh fruits, and pastries.

The Pleasant Hill-based charcuterie shop will offer residents varying board sizes, including Grab & Graze, Char-Cutie-Cups, and larger spreads. They will be able to use Graze Craze’s boards and boxes for birthdays, holiday meetups, weddings, and more.

Graze Craze will be open Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Saturdays, residents can visit from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Appointments will be needed for Sundays and Mondays.

Based in the 1200 Center Plaza location and adjacent to Play It Again Sports, the new shop is minutes away from Taylor Boulevard. The location also offers convenient access to I-680 for East Bay residents. Starting this August, the shop will cater to East Bay residents looking to elevate gatherings with gourmet charcuterie offerings.
