According to a recent beer and wine license application, the business Homegrown Hops Brewing is planning to begin operating at 56 S Livermore Avenue — a spot currently home to the members-only bar Stockmen’s Club.
What Now San Francisco reached out to Homegrown Hops Brewing’s owner, Joel Dahlheim, but he was unable to provide additional information before the time of publication.
In what capacity Homegrown intends to operate at the new address is still unclear. However, the brewery’s existing Livermore location may provide some insight.
Homegrown’s flagship spot at 3000 Mines Road is known as a place where locals can enjoy a fresh-brewed amber, IPA, or pale ale while overlooking the hop vines that made it possible. Sitting on three acres of land, the brewery and taproom frequently hosts large events — such as concerts, dancing classes, and holiday celebrations.
An opening date has not yet been announced. For additional updates, follow Homegrown Hops Brewing on Facebook and Instagram.
