According to a recently shared press release, Jerry’s Roast Pork — a Bay Area pop-up “serving East Coast-inspired hoagies, pizza, and salads, brought to life by the team behind Rosalind Bakery” — is preparing to debut at the Embarcadero Center.
“The future of San Francisco depends on the strength of our small and local businesses, and we’re working every day at City Hall to make it easier for all businesses to open and succeed,” said Mayor Daniel Lurie, per the announcement.
She continues, “I’m thrilled that… new businesses are opening at the Embarcadero Center — contributing to our city’s vibrant food, wellness, and entertainment scene and supporting our city’s economic recovery.”
What Now San Francisco reached out to the owner of Jerry’s Roast Pork, Matthew Kosoy, to gather more information regarding the upcoming opening; however, we were unable to speak before the time of publication.
Additional concepts joining Embarcadero Center’s retail roster include the woman-operated boutique Ambiance, the French patisserie Boho Petite, the burger joint Burger Littles, functional medicine and integrative wellness business B12 LOVE, the small-batch toffee company Cheeky Bits Sweets, the pilates studio Elevate Pilates, and Puppies & Yoga (a concept that offers weekly yoga classes “accompanied by playful puppies and post-class cuddle sessions”).
An opening date for Jerry’s Roast Pork has not been announced yet. Follow What Now San Francisco on Facebook for updates on this story.
