Let It Bee Juice Cafe’s newest location is now at 432 Aviation Blvd. in Santa Rosa. After a brief disappearance from their previous location along Gravenstein Hwy, the café has found its new home. Established in 2018 as a way to bring healthy foods to the community, Let It Bee’s mission continues for gym patrons and nearby locals at their new digs in the Airport Health Club.
They will still be serving a menu of fresh juices and vegan smoothies made with natural ingredients, including fresh-from-the-hive honey. The café is opening in collaboration with Florette Lunchette, a grab-and-go food service that makes delicious sandwiches, salads, bowls, and desserts. There will also be an espresso bar serving coffee protein shakes and other caffeinated beverages.
In addition to a pending license filed with the California ABC, Let It Bee’s social media reveals that they intend to serve more than juice. “This means beer and rosé poolside are in sight!!” says a recent announcement on Instagram, with references to Russian River Brewing, Cooperage Brewing, and local Sonoma County wineries.
While the finishing touches are still being added to the café, Let It Bee Juice confirms that they plan to officially open at the beginning of October.
