Look Out! Coffee is the new tenant at 2135 S. Winchester Blvd. near downtown Campbell. The vacancy on the corner of Winchester and Rincon was previously Campbell Coffee House, which is now permanently closed. Co-Owner Dan Hadley confirms that they will open in early 2022.
The name “Look Out! Coffee” is an ode to a catchphrase Hadley heard his uncle often say growing up, but it also draws attention to the moment and who you’re with. Look Out! Coffee will be a hospitality focused café, where guests can experience a cup of coffee together.
The café will serve a full coffee menu with beans sourced from Passenger Coffee & Tea, based in Lancaster, PA. Additionally, there will be cold brews and teas, as well as a selection of breads and pastries from Mountain View’s The Midwife and the Baker.
Look Out! Coffee will be a.m. focused but may extend hours into the late afternoon, as we’re sure it will be Campbell’s coziest new hangout when it’s up and running. Look Out! Coffee was represented by Gregory Bennette of Cushman & Wakefield, while the landlord was represented by Matt Sweeney, Sean O’Carroll, and Ron Cruz of Newmark.
