According to SF Eaterthe popular Bay Area grocery store Luke’s Local is expanding and planning to open a new location in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset.

Coming to 1266 Ninth Avenue, taking over a space formerly home to Lemonade, the business will land near establishments such as Ebisu Restaurant, Fiorella Sunset, and The Posh Bagel.

What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the store’s owner, Luke Oppenheim, but he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, Luke’s Local offers a brief introduction on its website: “Our neighborhood markets in the hearts of Cole Valley, Cow Hollow, and North Beach, San Francisco, are where you can do all of your regular grocery shopping – from produce and meats to prepared chef’s meals and wine.”
