According to Palo Alto Online, American bistro Restaurant 3000 — located at 3000 Sand Hill Road in Menlo Park, near establishments such as the Rosewood Sand Hill Hotel and Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club — is planning to reopen.

“The restaurant closed for renovations in October,” Restaurant 3000’s owner, Joel Sage of So Delicious Management Group, tells the journal.

“The menu may or may not remain the same once reopened, as plans are still being finalized,” Palo Alto Online reports.

Should Sage decide to keep the concept consistent, locals can expect to find items such as quinoa and roasted corn salad, grilled blackened Pacific salmon, and a house-made black beans and caramelized pepper vegetarian burger on the menu, to name just a few.

Restaurant 3000 is slated to begin operating this summer. Stay tuned for updates.
