According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, Myeongdong Ja Jang at 2725 Stoneridge Drive in Pleasanton — located near establishments such as Basil Delight, CloudDish, and Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice — is now under new ownership.
The new owner, Young Park, tells What Now San Francisco that the restaurant initially opened at this location two years ago. He is now working to register the business and acquire all mandatory permits.
Park also mentioned operating additional restaurants in the Bay Area, but he could not provide further information before the time of publication.
How and if the menu or restaurant name will change is still unclear.
