According to a recently submitted permit application, a new concept called Alula is gearing up to debut in Oakland.
Coming to 422 24th Street, the eatery will land near Drake’s Dealership, Friends & Family, and The Crown: Royal Coffee Lab & Tasting Room.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Paul Iglesias of LAT Ghan Uptown LLC, to inquire about his plans for the restaurant, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, based on the filing the eatery will offer alcohol.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
