According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new dining concept listed as Pergamon Bistro is planning to open in Los Gatos.
Coming to 309 N Santa Cruz Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as the pizzeria Oak & Rye, the Mexican restaurant Pedro’s, and the fine dining spot Ritual at Manresa.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owner, Seyyat Zira, to inquire about his plans for the spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, drawing from the concept’s name, locals can likely expect to find Turkish cuisine on the menu.
