According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new concept listed as The Cantina Los Gatos is preparing to debut in Los Gatos.
Coming to 15529 Union Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as CYCLEBAR, Safeway, and the tea house T4 Los Gatos.
The concept’s owner Scott Haen tells What Now San Francisco, “With The Cantina Los Gatos, we hope to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for families as well as for adults looking to hang out with friends.”
He continues, “The food concept will focus on a simple, accessible menu of tacos and burgers, specialty cocktails, and local beer and wine. Our plan is to start construction in March and open mid to late June.”
While the business’s website lists “tacos, tequila, tiki” as menu items and potential decor inspiration, little more information is available.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
