According to SFist, restaurateur Stephanie Izard is debuting a new Girl & The Goat sister restaurant, Valley Goat, at the Treehouse Hotel in Sunnyvale.

“Meant to be enjoyed family-style, Valley Goat’s whimsical, vibrant menu will feature a variety of shareable plates that are bold in flavor and bright in taste,” Boka Restaurant Group, the backers of the concept, share with the Journal.

Some examples will include “charcoal-grilled meats, fish, and vegetables in a new Josper oven, and some of Izard’s signature goat preparations seem likely to make an appearance as well. (The Los Angeles menu features, for instance, goat liver mousse, goat curry, confit goat belly, and a rhubarb-braised goat shank, in addition to pork, beef, and chicken dishes.)”

Located at 1108 N Mathilda Avenue, Treehouse Hotel is near establishments such as Lados, Mangal Turkish BBQ, and Hobee’s Breakfast Restaurant.

Valley Goat is slated to open in 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
