According to a recently submitted permit application, a new Indian and Nepalese restaurant, 4 Dreams, plans to open in Berkeley.

Coming to 2429 Shattuck Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as Fish & Bird Sousaku Izakaya, French restaurant La Note, and Way Station Brew.

The concept’s owner, Jayaram Pandit, tells What Now San Francisco that while the menu is still being developed, locals can expect to find traditional Indian and Nepalese plates on the menu and that the space will be able to host around 55 guests.

When asked about the concept’s opening date, Pandit responds, “We’re still waiting for the business license… but definitely before the end of the year.”
