According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new restaurant listed as E.B.S.C. is planning to open just across the street from Eucalyptus Grove/Grinnell Natural Area in Berkeley.
Coming to 2142 Oxford Street, the eatery will land near existing dining concepts such as the Persian eatery Alborz Restaurant, the coffee shop elaichi co., and the sushi spot Sumo Roll.
What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Anchi Aggarwal, to inquire about her plans for the spot, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
