According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new speakeasy and “live actor escape room experience” is readying to open in San Francisco’s Mission District.

Coming to 3065 16th Street, LoreSF will land near establishments such as the health food restaurant Kitava, the Pakistani eatery Pakwan Restaurant, and the Stonemill Matcha cafe.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s co-founder, Vy Tran, to inquire about the upcoming spot, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the concept’s website offers a brief introduction: “Live actors will guide (or baffle) you through an evening of playful puzzles, exquisite cocktails, and intimate conversation.”

“We’re keeping much under wraps before our grand opening in April 2025, but our team of builders and dreamers can promise you an experience like no other — fueled by our love for craft cocktails, escape rooms, and local art,” the statement continues.

Stay tuned for updates.
