According to a recently submitted permit application, a new Vietnamese eatery called Moodles is gearing up to open in Brentwood.

Coming to 71 Sand Creek Road, the restaurant will land near establishments such as El Tarasco, La Hacienda Grill, and McDonald’s.

The concept’s owner, Andy Pham, tells What Now San Francisco, “It came with everything we needed. It was previously a restaurant, so we didn’t have to put in too much work.”

He shares that Moodles will hold a soft opening on December 10, “Just to let everybody get a feel for the restaurant… and a chance for us to figure out everything.”

On the menu, locals can expect Vietnamese staples such as pho, bahn mi, and various rice plates, served alongside beverages such as boba tea, Thai tea, and Vietnamese coffee, as well as beer and wine.

Its grand opening will be on December 28.
