According to a recent alcohol license application, a new restaurant called Breakfast Club is coming to 775 E Dunne Avenue in Morgan Hill. The address was previously home to Yolked Extreme Breakfast, and nearby eateries include Burger King, KFC, and Starbucks.

Listed on the application are Spiro Tsaboukos and Nick Tsigaris, one of the founders of Nick the Greek — a fast-casual Mediterranean food chain with a menu that features “flavorful rotisserie meats, charbroiled skewers, zesty sauces, and the freshest of vegetables.”

While the menu, among other pertinent details, has not yet been announced, it seems likely that the eatery will be breakfast-focused.

What Now San Francisco briefly spoke to Tsigaris, but he was unable to provide any additional information at this time.

An opening date has not been announced.
