According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery listed as Niku-Ya Stone Grill & Bar is gearing up to open in Pleasanton.

Coming to 4220 Rosewood Drive, Suite A, the concept will land near establishments such as Panda Express, Super Grill & Breakfast, and Taco Bell.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Niku-Ya’s co-owner, Shan Guo of A & P Grill, Inc. and Sea House Restaurant, Inc., to inquire about the eatery, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, according to Brixmore Properties, the development will also feature Starbucks, Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, The Kebab Shop, and Panda Express — and be anchored by Trader Joe’s, 99 Ranch Market, Macy’s Home Furniture & Restoration Hardware, drawing “an estimated 12,700 visits per day.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
