According to Contra Costa News, Oakley-based concept Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is expanding, planning to open a new location in Antioch.

Coming to 2737 Hillcrest Avenue, taking over a former Applebee’s, the eatery will land near establishments such as Hillcrest Restaurant & Taphouse, KFC, and Miller’s Cafe.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Janet Jule — who co-owns the business alongside her husband Brian Howard — to inquire about her plans for the spot, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the business offers a brief introduction on its website: “We are residents of Oakley and have an affinity to the first responders, military, and veterans either through our own passion and profession or through close family members and loved ones.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
