We recently reported that Scott’s Chowder House is headed for SF’s Fillmore Street, with a mention that a new Palo Alto location is also in the works. Now, we’ve obtained real estate intel revealing that the Palo Alto location will be at 855 El Camino Real in Town & Country Village

Owner Stephen Mayer previously told What Now San Francisco that Scott’s Chowder House in Palo Alto will open shortly after the opening of Fillmore Street this coming spring. Unlike the Fillmore Street location, which will have counter service with dine-in seating, the Palo Alto outpost will be like most Scott’s locations which focus on take-away orders.

Scott’s Chowder House was created as an offshoot of Scott’s Seafood, which was founded in 1976 in San Jose. It has since gained a reputation throughout the Bay Area for the quality of its sustainable seafood offerings, which are delivered fresh daily from the docks, and made into healthy meals.
