Pampas Brazilian Steakhouse, an eatery known for “authentic Brazilian cuisine” at 909 Merchant Street in Vacaville, plans to debut a new location — this time in Fairfield.

Coming to 1350 Travis Boulevard, Pampas will become a tenant at the Solano Town Center shopping mall, joining existing restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings and Applebee’s Grill and Bar.

What Now San Francisco contacted the owner of Pampas, Richard Rutledge, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless — if the restaurant’s existing model offers reliable insight — locals can expect to find servers circling the tables “with knives and skewers of different grilled meats like beef, chicken, pork, lamb, and seafood.”

While the Pampas website shares that the Fairfield outpost is “coming soon,” an opening date has not been announced yet.
