Chef Anthony Strong is planning to debut a second Pasta Supply Co., according to a recently submitted alcohol license application.

Coming to 3233 22nd Street, taking over a spot formerly home to Dumpling Club, the eatery will land near Mission District establishments such as Al Carajo, Breakfast Little, and Latin American Club.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Pasta Supply Co.’s flagship spot in Inner Richmond is a combination of a retail shop — where patrons can purchase items including homemade pasta, sauces, and wine — and a restaurant focused on offering quality Italian cuisine at an affordable price.

The menu boasts modern Italian dishes like ravioli stuffed with sweet corn or salted cod, smoked chicken cannelloni, and fusilli in a spicy vodka tomato sauce — and, according to SF Eater, at the upcoming outpost, Strong plans to “add entrees such as oxtails or mussels.”

Concerning ambiance, Tablehopper reports, “It will be the same mixed retail and dine-in setup as the mothership, but a bit darker, with ‘sexed-up deli vibes.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Pasta Supply Co. on Instagram for updates.
