Fish and Bonez, a pop-up concept by Chef Booli Huerta, is moving into a commercial kitchen space at 2701 Eighth Street, Suite 109 in Berkeley — joining existing tenants Morell’s Bread, Standard Fare, and Third Culture Bakery.

Huerta tells What Now San Francisco that the relocation will take place within the next two weeks, and will allow them to take on catering opportunities and other types of jobs that they weren’t equipped to handle previously.

For readers who are unfamiliar, Fish and Bonez focuses predominately on Mexican charcuterie boards and fermented products. Additional items on the menu include tacos, breakfast burritos, and a grilled cheese rillette, alongside sweets like coffee cake and biscuits served with butter and jam.

Stay tuned to the eatery’s Instagram for additional updates, and to find out where the concept plans to pop up next.
