Toy Boat by Jane, a celebrated ice cream shop on Clement Street, will return to the city after almost seven months. It recently announced the news through an Instagram post. The post stated that Toy Boat by Jane is back with its signature ice creams, sundaes, shakes, and more, starting Friday, June 13.
The San Francisco-based eatery shared more details about its comeback on its official website. Toy Boat by Jane will be open from Friday to Sunday this week. For the first two weeks, the time will be from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. After that, it will open from Wednesday to Sunday. The time would still be the same.
A Delayed Remodeling Stopped Its Previous Return in March
Toy Boat by Jane received patrons for its sweet delights, including ice creams, pastries, and sundaes. The shop closed in November 2024 for remodeling. During that time, the Clement Street eatery shared an Instagram post. In the post, it had mentioned early March as the reopening period.
The construction phase for Toy Boat by Jane went longer than expected. It shared frequent status updates to apologize for delays.
