According to a recently signed lease, Anil Muthyala — the entrepreneur behind Peacock Restaurants — plans to debut a new concept in Sunnyvale, Ulav Sweets.

What Now San Francisco contacted Muthyala to inquire about his plans for Ulav Sweets, but he could not provide additional information before publication. 

For readers who are unfamiliar with Peacock Restaurants, according to the restaurant group’s Facebook page, the business has been serving the Bay Area for over five years. It operates a total of ten establishments across Ardenwood, Belmont, Cupertino, Dublin, Fair Oaks, Folsom, Fremont, San Jose, Santa Clara, and West Sacramento.

The anticipated opening date and address of Ulav Sweets have not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
