According to SF Eater, Eduardo Rallo — the Bay Area restaurateur behind Presidio staples such as Colibri and Il Parco — plans to debut a new concept, Parranga, in San Jose this fall.

Coming to 300 Santana Row, Suite 110, the eatery will land near establishments such as Crate & Barrel, Pizza Antica, and Yard House.

What Now San Francisco reached out to Rallo to inquire about his plans for the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, Eater shares, “This taqueria will serve Tijuana-style street tacos with cocktails on draft, plus a useful outdoor patio perfect for the warm South Bay weather.”

For readers who are unfamiliar with Rallo’s existing concepts, Colibri introduces itself as a “top-rated Mexican restaurant in San Francisco offering high-end delicious Mexican foods and cocktails” on its Google Business page, and Il Parco, “an Italian-inspired eatery in the heart of the Presidio,” is known for offering “pizzas, soups, salads, and sandwiches that highlight San Francisco’s seasonal ingredients,” according to Presidio.gov.

An opening date has not been announced so stay tuned for updates.
