According to Eater, the restaurateurs behind popular Bay Area eateries Maum and Bao Bei are debuting a new concept in Menlo Park.

Coming to 827 Santa Cruz Avenue, Yeobo, Darling will land near establishments such as Bagel Street Cafe, LeVant Dessert, and Mademoiselle Colette.

Meichih and Michael Kim created an a la carte menu that pulls from their respective Taiwanese and Korean backgrounds while being rooted in their experiences as Asian Americans,” the Journal reports.

The menu will boast dishes such as chilled perilla somyun — a wheat flour noodle soup — and pork collar served with banchan on the side, as well as “casual dishes” such as a hambak steak burger. Additionally, a “zero-proof or low-ABV” cocktail menu will be developed by the team at Taiwan’s Bar Mood.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the Kims to inquire about their plans for the spot, but they could not provide additional information before publication.
