Roji Ramen is almost ready to open doors at 4066 Piedmont Ave. in Oakland. The state has just issued the business a temporary ABC license to be taken over from the former Ninna Asian fusion restaurant.
Based on our source, the restaurant is obviously going to be a ramen bar. But other than that, not much else is known about the new business. Some people have posted photos to Google of signage in the window saying “Born to Eat” and “Can’t Wait to Meet You,” while a matching Instagram profile has yet to see any posts.
The ABC license indicates that Atthapon Inkhong is one of the owners of Roji Ramen. When contacted by What Now San Francisco, Inkhong confirmed that Roji Ramen was in the works and that they are undergoing various inspections in anticipation of a February opening.
Because his opening is so soon, Inkhong is likely so busy getting everything ready that he wasn’t able to divulge any in-depth information at the time of publication. Guess we’ll have to wait until Roji Ramen officially opens its doors to see what they bring to the table.
