Filipino-American restaurant Señor Sisig plans to debut a brick-and-mortar eatery at Thrive City at 151 Warriors Way #103 — landing near establishments such as Dumpling Time, Hot Dog Bills, and Philz Coffee.

“We are absolutely pumped for the chance to be a part of the electric atmosphere of Thrive City,” the concept’s co-founder, Evan Kidera, shared in a recent press release.

According to the San Francisco Business Times, “The restaurant will feature Señor Sisig’s classic Filipino street food staple of seasoned pork, as well as tacos, sisig burritos, fries, and new menu items specific to the Thrive City location.”

For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, Señor Sisig was founded by Kidera and Gil Payumo as a food truck in 2010. The business currently operates four food trucks and three brick-and-mortar spots across the Bay Area.

Señor Sisig on Warriors Way is slated to open in February 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
