Siam Station, a casual Thai eatery specializing in traditional street food dishes, is getting ready to open in Milpitas at 210 Barber Court.

The company’s eighth location is set to open in the former home of Phoenix Pot in the Milpitas Square Shopping Center, according to a recent liquor license application. While an exact opening date has not been announced, the restaurant will serve a variety of Thai classics, including pad see ew, curries, noodles, and seafood dishes. Customers can expect the same flavorful menu featured at Siam Station’s other California locations.

Siam Station currently operates in Cypress Village (Irvine), Corporate Park (Irvine), Newport Beach, Diamond Bar, Yorba Linda, Cupertino, and Cerritos. The Milpitas location marks another step in the brand’s expansion across the state, bringing its casual, approachable Thai street food concept to a new community.

The restaurant’s menu offers a wide range of options, including appetizers like chicken satay and fried tofu, salads such as papaya pok pok and larb chicken, and noodle and rice dishes like pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and Thai boat noodles. Curry, soup, and a la carte dishes round out the selection, alongside sides, desserts, and beverages including Thai tea and mango sticky rice.

Siam Station’s concept focuses on authentic Thai flavors presented in an unpretentious, casual setting. The restaurant emphasizes fresh ingredients, bold seasonings, and traditional cooking techniques while providing a comfortable environment for dine-in or takeout.

This will be an excellent landing space for Siam Station in Milpitas, following the closure of Phoenix Pot. The location offers convenient access for residents and workers in the area, continuing the brand’s goal of making Thai street food accessible to new communities.
