According to SFist, Bay Area pop-up Side A is gearing up to debut its first brick-and-mortar spot.

Coming to 2814 19th Street at Bryant, taking over a space formerly home to Universal Cafe, the hi-fi bar will land near establishments such as Bar Gemini, Christine’s, and Farmhouse Kitchen Thai Cuisine.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the concept’s owners Caroline and Parker Brown — former chef de cuisine at Aphotic — to inquire about their plans for the spot, but they could not provide additional information before publication.

“Teaser menu items include deviled eggs with chicken skin and pickles, steak tartare with horseradish and barrel-aged soy, and Parisian gnocchi in the style of Chicago beef, with short rib and giardiniera,” the Journal shares.

Side A is slated to open in the spring. Stay tuned for updates.
