According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new eatery listed as Slow Co Pizza is debuting in Cotati.
Coming to a freestanding spot at 8197 La Plaza, the pizzeria will land near establishments such as Cotati Coffee Company, Shige, and Spancky’s.
What Now San Francisco contacted the concept’s owners, Dane and Martha Baratta, but additional information could not be gathered before the time of publication.
Nevertheless, Dane Baratta describes the concept as an “artisan pizzeria that serves all major food groups: pizza, salads, soft serve, wine and beer” on Instagram.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
