According to a license application pending with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Tap & Pour is planning to open a new location at Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport.

The Press Democrat recently reported that Tap & Pour is taking the place of longtime resident Sky Lounge Steakhouse & Sushi Bar, which has operated at its airport location since 2006. Additional restaurants in Sonoma County Airport include Costeaux On The Go, The Flight Deck, and Apple Spice in Gate 2.

Listed on the license application are SSP America and Fillmore Food Group — the restaurant groups behind concepts like Boccone Trattoria Veloce, Matt’s Big Breakfast, 1300 on Fillmore, Osteria by Fabio Viviani, and Peet’s Coffee, to name a few. What Now San Francisco briefly spoke to Kevin Shoaito, Director Of Operations at SSP America, who confirmed details about the expansion, but couldn’t provide additional information before the time of publication.

In addition to the forthcoming location at 2200 Airport Boulevard, Tap & Pour has outposts at Oakland International Airport and San Jose International Airport.

An opening date for the Santa Rosa Tap & Pour hasn’t yet been announced.
