According to a recently submitted permit application, cheese and charcuterie catering company The Grazing Company will soon begin work out of a new commercial kitchen space at 2701 Eighth Street — alongside businesses such as Batter Bakery, Third Culture Bakery, and Standard Fare.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, it offers a brief introduction on its website: “At The Grazing Company, we believe that food has a unique way of bringing people together. Founded from our passion for entertaining, we are committed to creating memorable experiences through beautifully crafted cheese and charcuterie boards and grazing tables. Every ingredient we use is carefully sourced from the finest producers California has to offer, from artisanal cheeses made by local creameries to fresh, seasonal produce from farmers’ markets, and locally cured meats.”

“Our journey began with a simple love for hosting gatherings and a deep appreciation for the art of grazing, where conversation and connection thrive around delicious food. Today, we bring that same attention to detail to every event we cater, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients as they enjoy the best of California’s culinary bounty,” the statement continues.

The concept’s owner, Amanda Stevens, tells What Now San Francisco, “I definitely see a brick-and-mortar in our future.”
