Fatma and Berk Kinalilar, owners of Troya Mediterranean Kitchen, are preparing to open a new restaurant concept, Delphine, in Mill Valley at 38 Miller Avenue, Suite 9, within the Mill Creek Plaza.
The new restaurant is in its early stages, with a liquor license application recently submitted. While details on the concept and menu are limited, the Kinalilars are known for their Mediterranean-inspired approach to dining and for prioritizing quality ingredients and hospitality.
Berk Kinalilar, who founded Troya in 2006, brings a strong entrepreneurial background, having previously run a valet parking service for high-end San Francisco restaurants and hotels. Troya has built a reputation for Turkish-inspired Mediterranean cuisine, local and organic ingredients, and thoughtfully curated wine lists.
Delphine marks the next chapter for the Kinalilar family in the Bay Area culinary scene, expanding beyond their established San Francisco locations. No opening date has been confirmed, but the new location is expected to benefit from the visibility and foot traffic of Mill Creek Plaza.
While the menu and concept remain under wraps, the new restaurant is anticipated to continue the owners’ focus on elevated dining experiences with a Mediterranean influence, in a setting suitable for casual meals and special occasions.
