Summer in Contra Costa County is heating up with a new addition in line. Vinnie’s Bar and Grill Brentwood is set to open a second location at 561 First Street in Brentwood, California, introducing a blend of live music and a local pub concept to the area, dubbed Vinnie’s Emporium.
Its first location is at 2045 Mt. Diablo Street in Downtown Concord, but when owner Vincent Parker spotted the new venue during an Andre Nikatina performance at Brentwood Emporium, he told Whatnow he was immediately impressed with the layout.
“I saw the potential immediately. When I heard there was an opportunity to come into the space as the operator of the venue, I was very excited. With the experience we have from running Vinnie’s Bar & Grill, we know we’re going to do the space justice and will definitely be a place to go in downtown Brentwood,” Parker tells Whatnow in an interview.
Parker intends to open Vinnie’s Emporium by July 4th, hoping to showcase Vinnie’s Bar and Grill Brentwood during its famous 4th of July parade, but admits that several details still need to be finalized.
Regarding the concept, he guarantees the neighborhood will enjoy the relaxation, good food, and unbeatable entertainment that Vinnie’s Bar is known for. On its Instagram account, the pub features rock‘n’roll covers and live R&B DJs performances to bachata classes.
On the menu, Vinnie’s Bar and Grill Brentwood will keep its signature, good old American bar classics like the deep-fried chicken wings tossed in buffalo sauce and jalapeño poppers served with a side of sour cream.
