L4 aims to become San Francisco’s next premier gathering space, offering customizable amenities and a central location. Its location near Union Square and access to catering by Saluhall make it a convenient and appealing option for event organizers.
Key Features of L4
Located on the fourth floor of the 945 Market building, L4 occupies a 3,877 square foot space. This flexible indoor space can accommodate up to 250 guests. It also comes with custom catering packages via Saluhall, located on the first two floors of the building.
Saluhall, a two-story food hall, brings vibrant food and a social hall to the building. Guests hosting events at L4 can take advantage of its catering packages crafted in collaboration with Saluhall’s vendors.
L4’s location just steps from Powell Street BART and Muni makes it easily accessible for guests across San Francisco. It is just steps from the Powell Street BART station, Muni, and Union Square. On-site underground parking adds convenience, positioning L4 as San Francisco’s next go-to venue for events.
Ingka Centers’ Vision for Urban Spaces
Ingka Centres is spearheading the development of a six-story mixed-use destination at 945 Market. It is in collaboration with WD Partners and Skyline Construction. Upon completion, this six-story building is prepared to bring the community together like never before.
The building aims to reimagine what a modern community hub can look like. The space integrates retail, office, dining, and digital experiences designed to foster community in the heart of San Francisco. Currently, the building houses IKEA, Hej!Workshop and Saluhall. The upcoming event venue, L4, is now open for bookings.
