New restaurant, ”A-2,” will be taking over the old Addo space located at 6420 24th Ave NW, confirmed by Owner James Lim.

“We’re not actually fully conceptualized, so I honestly can’t confirm that piece yet,” Lim commented referring to the name and concept for the restaurant. “I am currently not making any announcements or speaking in regards to that space.”

Lim is also the Owner of Watson’s Counter. The restaurant has a creative food and drink menu to include standouts like their Cereal French Toast made with “Fruity Pebs or Frosty Flecks” and Orangey Mocha made with “orange & rosemary, dark chocolate, espresso, milk,” according to their website. You’ll find their own branded coffee, “gear,” and “swag” available for sale, and they offer a knife sharpening service as well. Provided you like dogs, check out their Instagram to see their namesake.

“Feel free to inquire again in a month or so,” Lim said in response to an interview request What Now Seattle. More details show to be releasing soon.
