The fast-growing restaurant Raising Cane’s continues its expansion as it is set to make its Seattle debut. It will be the brand’s third Washington restaurant and is located in the heart of the University District. Bringing its signature energy to the Emerald City, Raising Cane’s will serve students, staff, and neighbors around the University of Washington.

Guests can enjoy Raising Cane’s signature ‘ONE LOVE’ chicken finger meals, a fan favorite across the brand’s locations. A local crew will serve guests daily from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Located at 4345 University Way NE, the new restaurant keeps the community at the heart of everything. It features a locally inspired interior that celebrates the University of Washington and the surrounding community. The design elements highlight the campus life, historic UW moments, notable local figures, and the area’s sports legacy.

Graphics throughout the space feature iconic Seattle landmarks, including Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. These local touches make the restaurant a place where the community can feel at home.

Grand Opening Celebration

On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, Raising Cane’s is opening its doors in Seattle. Customers are encouraged to bundle up and line up before 9 a.m. for giveaways, fun, and celebration.

The events begin with the “Lucky 20” drawing, which awards 20 customers a free Cane’s for a year. The entries will be accepted from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., and the drawing will be held shortly after. Customers must be present to win their prize.

For the first 100 Combos purchased in-restaurant, customers will receive a commemorative Cane’s hat and a free Box Combo Card. A limit of one hat and card will be given per combo purchase, and the card will be valid on a future visit. For Customer No. 1 in line, Cane’s will offer a one-of-a-kind gift basket and a big welcome greeting from the crew.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony will begin at approximately 8:45 a.m. and will feature the Seattle Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant will present a donation check to the University Family YMCA during the ceremony. The University of Washington Cheer team and mascot, Harry the Husky, will make appearances from 8 to 9 a.m.

Raising Cane’s will make its Seattle debut with Seattle-inspired décor, local partnerships, and a festive grand opening in the University District. The new University District location adds to Raising Cane’s growing presence in Washington, serving its signature chicken finger meals to Seattle diners.
