A new farm-to-table restaurant is set to debut this winter in Sultan, showcasing the flavors of local Northwest farmers and foragers.

Harvest Kitchen, owned by farmer Jeff Kyle and Molli Moss, will open at 310 Main Street. The duo also operates Down To Earth Farm, a small-scale blueberry farm with organically grown vegetables.

“Harvest Kitchen represents a food journey that me and my wife have been on forever – me; a Midwest-Southern food upbringing, her; the entire gamut from vegetarian, to Italian, to French and mostly, the Pacific Northwest. We love variety, and while my main influence is Southern-Southwestern, we will showcase flavor profiles from the PNW and other great food regions in America and around the world,” Kyle said via the website.

The eatery will offer seasonal salads and appetizers, along with sandwiches and burgers prepared with seed-free oil and no deep frying. Scratch-made sauces will feature homegrown blueberries, house-smoked paprika, fresh herbs, seasonal produce and locally sourced eggs and dairy.

“We are excited to bring our passion for responsibly grown food full circle, and look forward to welcoming all of you at our new restaurant,” the website reads.

Harvest Kitchen was recently approved for a liquor license by the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board, according to business filings.

While an official opening date has not been announced, Harvest Kitchen is expected to debut in mid-December. For the latest updates, visit the restaurant’s website and follow along on Facebook.

What Now Seattle reached out to the team, however, they have not yet responded. This article may be updated.
