According to a recent permit filing, A Lamb’s Quandary has filed for a Ballard area location at 1418 NW 70th Street.

A representative of A Lamb’s Quandary could not provide additional information at What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what A Lamb’s Quandary plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, A Lamb’s Quandary was filed under LIK San LLC.

Bizapedia states that LIK San LLC was incorporated on July 29th, 2024. Nelson Wong is listed on the permit filing and LLC. According to Compass, the address listed for A Lamb’s Quandary is currently home to Fat Hen, which is not currently marked as closed.

“Vintage brick mixed-use investment property in popular Whittier neighborhood of north Ballard. Triplex includes a 1 BR apartment, a 2 BR apartment, and the restaurant’s commercial space currently occupied by the popular Fat Hen restaurant (renter since 2017).”
