According to a recent permit filing, a new concept called Indnon will soon open in Belltown at 2822 Western Avenue.

“We are currently keeping everything under wraps a little bit, but I will say that a part of Indnon’s team is a well known chef,” Shiva Bhattacharjee, one of the brains behind the operation, told What Now Seattle.

Information about Indnon is currently limited. However, alongside Shiva according to the permit filing, is Aanchal Bhattacharjee.

The permit was filed under Bong Food LLC for spirits, beer, and wine rest permission. Bizapedia states that the LLC was filed on August 19th, 2024.

For the LLC, two additional names alongside Shiva’s are listed that are not listed on the permit filing. Those two names are Abhijit Sarkar and Kelly Rutledge.

Before Indnon’s soon-to-be residency at the Western Avenue location, it was the former home to Subway. According to Google, Subway has been marked as permanently closed.
