According to a recent permit filing, The Ice Cream Bar has filed for a location in Everett at 2810 Colby Avenue.
A representative of The Ice Cream Bar was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what The Ice Cream Bar plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, The Ice Cream Bar was filed for under Lake Family Investments LLC.
Washington Company Search states that Lake Family Investments LLC was incorporated on November 6th, 2023. Listed on the permit and business filings are Emily and Lacie Nelson.
For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the building was originally built in 1910 and renovated in 2000. It boasts approximately 1,900 square feet.
The property stated, “This building is located between California and Hewitt on Colby! Right in the middle of downtown Everett, where community events, such as parades, Crusin Colby car show, Sorticulture, Salty Sea Days, 3Ball Tournament, etc happen.”
