According to Loop Net, the property was built in 1934. The building consists of one story and is listed as boasting 2,100 square feet of space.

Another property listing from MyEListing confirms this while providing additional information: “Outstanding location in the heart of Downtown Bellevue and Amazon’s new HQ (25,000 employees by 2025). Approximately 1 mile west of the Downtown Bellevue Link Light Rail station (opening 2023).”

“Easy walking distance to parks, grocery, restaurants, cafes, banking, and shopping. 100% Leased to Rouge Cocktail Lounge / Speakeasy. Significant building renovation completed in 2019.”

Rouge Cocktail Lounge has not been marked as permanently closed, according to Yelp. Bellevue Downtown Association describes the lounge as “Rouge offers a unique speakeasy-inspired experience located at the core of Bellevue’s most illustrious street, Old Main.”
