An Nam Pho is family-owned. The husband-wife duo behind An Nam Pho are Khanh Do and Trieu Thuy Kieu. An Nam Pho currently has a location that resides on Roosevelt Way NE.

According to An Nam’s website, “At An Nam Pho, we’re proud to bring the authentic flavors of Vietnam to the heart of Seattle, Washington. Our restaurant is more than a place to dine—it’s a journey through the rich culinary traditions of Vietnam, crafted with care and served with love.”

“Whether you’re a seasoned fan of Vietnamese cuisine or experiencing it for the first time, An Nam Pho promises a dining experience that is as vibrant and diverse as the city we call home.”

“An Nam Pho was born from a desire to share the soul of Vietnam with the Seattle community. Inspired by our roots and fueled by a passion for traditional cooking, we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating dishes that honor the flavors and traditions of our homeland.”

“Our founders’ culinary journey began in the bustling markets of Saigon and the tranquil kitchens of the Mekong Delta, where they learned to balance bold spices, fresh herbs, and time-honored techniques. These influences come to life in every dish we serve, bringing a taste of Vietnam’s rich heritage to our tables in Seattle.”

“More than just a restaurant, An Nam Pho is a celebration of culture and community—a space where every bowl of phở tells a story of tradition, connection, and the joy of sharing a meal. At An Nam Pho, our menu reflects the diversity and depth of Vietnamese cooking. Every dish is crafted with fresh ingredients, authentic recipes, and a deep respect for tradition.”
