After 11 years, Batch 206 will transition over to Old Log Cabin due to a change of ownership and will remain at 1419 Elliott Ave W.

Owner John Fisk and his team at Evergreen Distillery (the parent company) have taken over and are moving the focus to Old Log Cabin Whiskey. “It’s a 1840’s brand of whiskey. It’s had a number of iterations over the decades and been through various hands, and now we’re the new guys. We are leveraging existing resources and assets to market it even higher,” Fisk told What Now Seattle.

Batch 206 will remain operational through the transition. Their products are handcrafted in small batches to include vodka, gin, rum, and whiskey. The distillery offers tours and tastings as well as have The Distillers Table, a semi-private event space available for reservations.

The only change being planned is updating the tasting room in the space and general improvements with a project value of $100,000. Further details are being kept under wraps until closer to the launch of Old Log Cabin in Summer 2023.
