Ben’s Bread Co. will soon be stationed at the apartment complex, Shared Roof, 7009 Greenwood Ave N. Ste 109.
The bakery currently has a pop-up location in Ballard, but will have a place to call home in Phinney Ridge in the coming months. It provides various breads and pastry items all made from locally-sourced ingredients. To make your purchase from them taste even better, they donate a portion of all proceeds to local organizations and charities.
“We will finally have a full kitchen to allow for doughnuts and more pastries, and we are adding coffee as well,” Co-Owner Ben Campbell told What Now Seattle. “We will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with grab-and-go options.”
The space is 1400 square feet and will be set up mainly for takeaway with sidewalk seating available along with the courtyard nearby.
Ben’s Bread Co. is joining ranks alongside Lioness, Holy Mountain Brewing Company, and Doe Bay Wine Co. all located at Shared Roof. Each provides their own specific items and services making it a nice, one-stop-shop with freshly baked goods to italian cuisine paired with some of the area’s finest brews and wine selections.
Campbell said, “We started our pop-up about 8 years ago and are excited to be in a space and be a neighborhood hub for people.”
Expected opening time frame is May 2023.
